- Are we really locked in the room?
No, if you need to exit the game for any reason, you can leave from the door you came in. Once you leave the room, you cannot re-enter.
- Is it scary?
No. There will be no one or no thing there to jump out at you or grab you or otherwise scare you. Some of our rooms may have a horror theme, but it is merely for atmosphere. Think along the lines of Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas or an old silent film like Nosferatu
- Where are you located?
We are located at 504 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo, New York. Our entrance is on the side of the building with Howard Hannah Realty. When arriving, please press the buzzer and one of our staff with give you entrance.
- How much is it?
$30 a person.
- How long does it take?
The actual room will take about an hour. Please also allow 10 minutes or so for before and after the game to explain the rules and then go over the puzzles.
- When are you open?
We are open every day except Wednesday. Our hours are from 12:00pm to 9:00pm on weekdays, 11:00am to 10:00pm on Saturday, and 11:00am to 8:00pm Sunday.
- Can children participate?
Yes. We do recommend this for children 10 and up as some of these puzzles can be quite difficult. We do require that all children under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult.
- Will there be other people in the room?
No, we allow each group to experience the game privately. We do not force you to play with complete strangers.
- Do we need to bring anything?
Bring a printout of your booking confirmation. Nothing else is needed.
- Can we do this while drunk or otherwise impaired?
This is an activity which requires a clear mind to do successfully. If you arrive intoxicated or such you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. Afterwards, feel free to tip back a few.
- Can I host a corporate or other group event there?

- Are tickets refundable?
No, all purchases are final. If you need to reschedule a booking send us an email at [email protected]. Please give at least 2 days notice for any changes.
- Do you allow walk-ins?
No, all of our bookings must be done online ahead of time.
- Can we play the same room again?
No, after the game our staff will go over the game for you. Feel free to try one of our new rooms when they open.
